Shipping

We typically ship items within 1- 3 business days from when you place your order.  Every product that is listed has an estimated lead time, the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment.

 We ship via all major carriers which included UPS, DHL, FeEx and other freight carriers.

Econat Inc (www.ufoheaters.com) will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, we will email  or send messages to customers about this. When we ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada or other countries, an additional fee may incur depending on the items ordered. Items that have free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We do not cancel orders that are shipped. Our aim is to ship orders as soon as possible and we process your orders as fast as possible. If the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package  for a refund.  Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including a return fee, our shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Please always provide a valid phone number so that we can contact you to schedule delivery.
